Family photo shoots in Abu Dhabi are meant to record the unique love shared by each member. Keeping track of the seemingly inconsequential particulars that, in the long run, will prove to be priceless is a good investment of your time. These sessions can take place wherever the client prefers: at their own house, on the sand dunes of the Abu Dhabi or Dubai desert, in the crystal clear waters of the UAE beaches, in the historic Al Fahidi district of Dubai, or in a park.
Outdoor photo shoots take place either very early in the morning or very late in the day. Sunset or sunrise are typically the best choices for that. Home photo shoots can be scheduled at your convenience.
Kids often have their own schedule. I suggest picking a time and location that will make everyone in the family happy and at ease. If sunset is when your baby is usually napping- I will make any other time of the day work perfectly for the photo shoot as well.
Another thing to consider is that time of the year. We all know that the months of May through October in Abu Dhabi are extremely hot, making daylight shoots difficult unless they’re scheduled for later in the day. I will help explain how we can use the light, the studio space and our own homes during this period to take amazing pictures.

Best spots to take family pictures in Abu Dhabi
Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque
You can’t visit Abu Dhabi without seeing the Grand Mosque, and its stunning architecture will leave an indelible impression on anyone. Keep in mind that the Mosque has strict requirements regarding proper attire and displaying proper respect. In many areas, tripods are not allowed; if in doubt, ask the security staff.
Emirates Palace
Even though it’s technically a hotel and not a palace, the Emirates Palace is nonetheless one of the most gorgeous hotels in the city and a must-see for any tourist.
Corniche
The Corniche is the name given to the seashore that stretches for 8 kilometers along the city’s length. This is a well-known and widely-recognized destination due to its picture-perfect beachfront, manicured gardens, and glittering skyscrapers.
We learned the hard way that the major plaza along the beach is not a place to bring your professional gear. On the wide walkways that extend the length of the Corniche, you shouldn’t have any problems, and in the lovely parks on the other side of the road, you can take in the breathtaking views of the city’s towering skyscrapers.
Emirates Heritage Village and the breakwater
From the Corniche, you can cross the sea to Abu Dhabi Marina and the Emirates Heritage Club UAE Heritage Village, where you can take some extremely stunning photos of Abu Dhabi’s heritage and glittering new skyline. The beachfront is lined with ancient dhow boats, and inside, you can see local crafts and falconry displays.

I will put your pictures to perfection no matter where you choose to have them taken. Let me know if you have any questions, and please get in touch to schedule your photo shoot today.
